The case also analyses the external environment and internal conditions required when implementing stock option plan. Based on the practice of Tsinghua Tongfang Co. LTD and the current circumstance in China, we discusses the key items such as administrator, eligible employees, exercise price, the total number of shares granted and allocation method, and then summarizes the general rules applicable to design stock option plan.
